Wicked The Musical

WICKED, the multi award-winning classic musical, has been acclaimed as "one of the greatest musicals of our time" (Daily Mail), is pleased to announce the opening of its 22nd new booking period. Already the 19th longest-running show in West End theatre history, the London production premiere on 27 September 2006 (with previews from 7 September) and has already played over 4000 performances at the Apollo Victoria Theatre.

Wicked has been hailed as "one of the greatest musicals of our time" (Daily Mail); "one of the biggest hits of our age" (The Observer); and "one of the most popular West End musicals ever" (London Evening Standard). Wicked is the winner of the Olivier Audience Award (twice); the Evening Standard Theatre Award for Best Night Out; a Visit London Gold Award; and nine WhatsOnStage Awards including Best West End Show (twice) and Best Musical.

Most recently, Wicked has been named as London's No.1 Long-Running Show by BritishTheatre.com, among others.

Currently Wicked stars Willemijn Verkaik (Elphaba), Suzie Mathers (Glinda), Oliver Savile (Fiyero), Sue Kelvin (Madame Morrible), Mark Curry (The Wizard), Martin Ball (Doctor Dillamond), Sarah McNicholas (Nessarose) and Idriss Kargbo (Boq).

From Monday 24 July 2017, Alice Fearn (Elphaba), Sophie Evans (Glinda), Bradley Jaden (Fiyero), Melanie La Barrie (Madame Morrible), Andy Hockley (The Wizard), Jack Lansbury (Boq) and Laura Pick (Standby for Elphaba) will head the new London cast. They will be joining current cast members Martin Ball (Doctor Dillamond), Sarah McNicholas (Nessarose) and Carina Gillespie (Standby for Glinda).

Around the world, Wicked has now been seen by 50 million people in 14 countries, and won over 100 major awards. I really enjoyed Wicked

We went to see Wicked the musical and really enjoyed it. Our seats were close to the front and the production was amazing. Its well worth visiting if you enjoy the theatre.

Loved the musical Wicked. We went as a birthday present and we really enoyed the show. Would recommed anyone to go and see this show.
